Recipe: Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Dipping Sauce

A quick and easy dipping sauce for slices of crusty bread.

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Pour balsamic vinegar onto a small flat plate. Sprinkle the vinegar with parmesan cheese. Then drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the vinegar and cheese, and sprinkle with pepper.

Serve at room temperature with slices of fresh bread and slices of cheddar cheese.
